This was an eventful week starting with the follow-up discussion with the boss. It’s key to follow-up on what you said you are going to do. It shows respect and sincerity in your work.
The next day, I was surprised to hear the announcement of the would be change to the team. Did not see that coming so quickly. I could see the difference in team’s interaction with me already.
More importantly, I feel the change in myself. The behaviors and expectations are changing and I need to change accordingly. This is a good thing.
